World and state records for Brown Trout and Coho Salmon have come out of Oswego County’s Lake Ontario waters. The Salmon River has produced world and state records for Chinook Salmon, Redhorse Sucker and Rainbow Trout. Lake Guides operate out of Oswego, Port Ontario and Bridgeport. River guides are found in Mexico, Pulaski and Sandy Creek.
